The MT-FMS Flexible Manufacturing System consists of automated CNC machining for electrodes and workpieces in both cell-based and mixed configurations, automated electrode/workpiece inspection, automated EDM machining, and integrated flexible manufacturing automation. It provides capabilities including automated production scheduling, robotic loading and unloading, real-time data acquisition, OEE equipment monitoring, and fault early warning.
