Mosturn Mold Management System (MT-MMS)

Mosturn MtEms Manufacturing Execution System is a management information system for injection molding workshop. By means of bar code, data collector, scanning gun and other means, the system can collect the running status of the machine in the production site in real time. This system can build a complete manufac- turing information database, production control and quality management platform in terms of products, materials, orders and quality information, realize transparent management of workshop production site, and meet the needs of traceability and control of production process.

MtIms system integrates CAD design data and CAM programming program automatically on the basis of CAD and CAM, achieving automated workshop processing, less humanized or unmanned, minimize dependence on operators’ skills, increase machine tools utilization, reduce human errors and maintain job quality.

Mosturn MtFms flexible manufacturing system consists of module and hybrid mode of electrode/part CNC milling automation, electrode/part automatic inspection, EDM discharge processing automation and hybrid automation for flexible manufacturing. The system is capable of automatic production scheduling, industrial robot automatic loading and unloading, real-time data collection, OEE equipment monitoring and failure warn- ing, etc. Through self-developed automation control technology, the interconnection and integrated application between equipment, production line and information system can be achieved. The goal is to reduce the man- power on production lines, establish paperless information system, real-time data collection, discrete manufac- turing automation, and finally to achieve an unmanned, light-off factory. It helps companies to relieve the pres- sure caused by labour costs in a comprehensive and effective way, and makes coordination and communication between the various control units more flexible and convenient, thus establishing an intelligent manufacturing model with high precision, high efficiency and low cost.

MtIds system is a design tool developed specially for Siemens NX software. Through secondary development of NX, It realises customization of standard parts library for mold parts, quick creation of mold assembly, auto-export of mold parts BOM list, auto-generation of mold parts drawing, NC program cloud computing, auto-generation and transmis- sion of NC program list, and automatic creation of electrodes drawing to the ERP system, achieving seamless connec- tion. The system has significantly improved design accuracy and design efficiency, reducing design errors by an average of 40% and improving design efficiency by 30- 50%

The system generates data through machine tool networking, data drives decision-making, management creates value. Through the connection between the system and the workshop production equipment, the equipment status can be automatically collected for remote network monitoring or Kanban display. The management personnel can intuitively understand the running status of each equipment in the office, and through the data analysis of equipment OEE, it can effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment and reduce the cost of equipment production operation and maintenance.

MtLms Intelligent Logistics Management System is the use of assembly or welding shelf automatic three-di- mensional warehouse system, with stacker, conveying system, computer management control system, can fully realize the available space, handling and access mechanization, storage management modernization. High storage rate, convenient, automation and other high-tech, can give enterprises to reduce a lot of labor, site and other costs.

The system can reduce the error caused by unqualified rework and secondary clamping which affect the schedule and construction period.
